Tribbles. They are small, fuzzy creatures that slightly look like hairballs. The Tribbles sound cute and make these adorable cooing noises, but when fed anything, they multiply.

And pon farr...vell, it's the Wulcan time of mating. It vas rather strange.

Vell, it started vith Meester Spock becoming more grumpy and tempermental. He didn't eat, he threw Nurse Chapel out of his quarters, things like that. Doktor McCoy did a scan of Spock and...vell, he needed to mate. Then the Keptin, Meester Spock and Doktor McCoy all vent to Wulcan and a lot of complicated things happened with ended up with Keptin Kirk fighting Meester Spock. I vasn't there, but I heard about it second-hand.
